Upon arrival, the friendly staff not only welcomed us with a delectable dinner despite our late check-in but also took the time to assist me in recovering my lost ID card, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The warmth of the sitting area by the fireplace provided a perfect ambiance for enjoying post-dinner drinks, while the well-maintained sauna and pool allowed for ultimate relaxation after a day of skiing nearby. The decor, while old-fashioned, added a homely charm to the experience, and the functionality of the room-including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV-ensured a comfortable stay. I cannot overlook the delightful half-board dining option, where each meal was a culinary delight. It is evident that this establishment prioritizes the experience of its guests, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Austria amidst stunning alpine surroundings.
